How long will my draft be kept?
The retention policy is to delete drafts seven days after the last activity. “Clear my draft” deletes a draft immediately. Once downloaded, keeping and sharing your PDF is your responsibility.
Does an invoice guarantee customs clearance?
No. An invoice is only part of the shipment paperwork. Requirements depend on your goods, destination and circumstances. Check with your carrier, customs broker or the relevant authority before shipping.
